You know how it is to be part of a Soccer team, its all techniques. Marathon coaching is no different. The terms you hear will be Stretching, Exercising, Stamina building and walk and run. Besides you will hear some healthy terms like Resting and Active heart pulse, Weight, Height, Waist Line, Good (HDL) and Bad (LDL) Fat, Low and High BP, Sugar level, BMI and suddenly all this will start making sense. We have folks from SAHC who will focus on aspects of Life Style changes and how RUN 4UR LIFE can make a difference, provided you put in regular walk and exercise to weekly meets.

Our 2011 motto is to get your spouses to join the RUN4URLIFE and make it HOME4URLIFE. Come join the spouse's counterpart HOME4URLIFE to share your homely chores from teaching math to kids, to learning to use facebook and meeting your peers and how they cope up with stress and downturns in the innovative valley.

Please help your spouse  to get a  Total Cholesterol < 200, (LDL=>100  +  HDL >40), Tryglicerides (<150) and a ratio of TC/HDL(< 3.5). Maintaining your Glucose (<100) and avoid the risks, by brisk-walking 2-3 miles within 30 minutes a day with RUN4URLIFE, and eating balanced South Asian diet with 4 servings of (2 fists full) Green Vegetable Subji, 2 servings of Fruit (1 Banana), Good Dal, 2 serving rice and 4 chappati's.
